About / CV

Research in physical chemistry and organic electronics.

I am a Professor at Lodz University of Technology, in the Department of Molecular Physics, and a Royal Society Wolfson Visiting Fellow at Durham University. My research brings electrochemistry, spectroscopy and organic electronics together to understand how molecular structure shapes material performance.

My work spans thermally activated delayed fluorescence, room-temperature phosphorescence, organic light-emitting diodes and conjugated materials. International collaboration and the translation of fundamental discoveries into useful devices are central to my approach.
